Ideally, I’d embrace optimism and wish for a future devoid of challenges. Wouldn’t that be perfect? However, life often unfolds in unexpected ways, so I am preparing myself to view any forthcoming challenge as an opportunity for growth, aiming to emerge triumphant and more resilient. Regardless of the circumstances, my strategy is to remain calm and practice meditation. I firmly believe that things will improve, a mantra I consistently remind myself of. The great Sanskrit poet Mahakavi Kalidasa, in his magnum opus, Meghaduta, says, “There is none who is always happy and none who is always unhappy. Happiness and sorrow alternate like the rim of a wheel which goes up and down!”
