Admittedly, my inclination towards laziness has led me to seek assistance for my DIY projects. My foray into gardening was less than fruitful, and an attempt to paint my room resulted in a calamity that affected not only the walls but the floor as well. The memory makes me wince even now. However, my culinary adventures have been a silver lining, where I’ve successfully mastered numerous dishes :)
Yet, this hasn’t deterred me from embracing new challenges. There’s a Sanskrit proverb that elucidates the nature of endeavor: the timid never embark on new ventures for fear of failure, the average may start but abandon midway, while the truly courageous persist in exploring new paths, undaunted by the hurdles they encounter.(प्रारब्धमुत्तमजना न परित्यजन्ति) Thus, I conclude, emboldened by this wisdom, that it’s vital to venture into the unknown, if only for the sheer joy of discovery.
