The ideal mode of transportation—be it an airplane, train, bus, or car—often hinges on accessibility and comfort. I decidedly say no to bicycles due to the effort required, though I wouldn’t mind riding pillion on a motorbike.
Imagine, if we were characters in Sanskrit/Tamil literature novels, I’d revel in traveling by chariot like a queen, with a charioteer (or even me) steering the horses. In a village setting, a journey on a bullock cart seems quaintly appealing. Admittedly, I’ve never experienced a bullock cart ride, but it’s on my list of must-dos. I’m also eager for a camel ride in Rajasthan, hoping to make that dream a reality soon!
