Rhythmic Unwind!

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Walking, undoubtedly is the finest form of exercise. I let the music play and my thoughts unfurl. In addition, dancing is an enjoyable workout, akin to a light Zumba class, where you can lose yourself in the rhythm. Above all, it’s an unparalleled way to unwind and relieve stress. Apart from these two, i am not a big fan of any other exercise :P
