I’m reminded of a verse from the Ramayana: “जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसि” (Your mother and your homeland are greater than heaven). This means that even if someone offers you a place in heaven, it wouldn’t compare to the value of your country. I’d slightly modify this to “जननी जन्मभूमिश्च अन्यदेशादपि गरीयसि” (not set to a poetical meter) to emphasize that one’s homeland surpasses any foreign land.
However, in the spirit of the question asked, I’ll give a straightforward answer: I’d love to visit Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, and Sweden. And if someone can sponsor my trips, that would be ideal too! 😊
Note: Countries like Norway, the UK, the US, Canada, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, French Polynesia, Caribbean and Peru aren’t on the list because I’ve already had the pleasure of visiting them.
