What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I start my day with an hour-long walk around my local gym track, almost five days a week. This routine fills me with motivation and positivity, and it’s even transformed a night owl like me into an early riser. Now, I feel sluggish whenever I skip my morning walk!
