Fitness Progress!

As I wind down for the day, I thought I’d share whether I hit my fitness goal today. While I don’t plan to log this daily, I will whenever I feel like I’ve achieved something noteworthy—today is one of those days.

This morning, I woke up early (well, early for me… 8 AM!) and set off on a long walk along a nearby trail. The weather was perfect, almost cooler than expected, with a lovely September breeze. I ended up hiking 3 miles, and by the end of the day, with all my other activities, I hit my 10,000-step goal, clocking in at 5.4 miles.

Fingers crossed I can keep this momentum going!
