Alright, fitness enthusiasts, it’s time for an update! Ever since I started waking up at dawn, hitting my daily goal of 10,000 steps has been a challenge. I was falling short by a couple of thousand steps, which was quite disheartening. Early mornings took a toll on me, leaving me sleepy and tired throughout the day for a few days. But yesterday, I stayed awake and active all day. Although I took a nap for a couple of hours today, I finally achieved my goal of 10,000 steps! This calls for a celebration and hence the post! So, let’s make exercise a priority in 2025, folks! Ciao!
