Ok, so this is my third post this week, and it still isn’t about Sanskrit, but it’s been incredibly productive! Today, I’m excited to share my culinary adventure. I made a vegetarian flatbread that turned out amazing and was surprisingly less work than my previous attempts over the past two days. The base was quinoa, topped with homemade pesto, juicy tomatoes, spicy jalapeños, savory olives, sweet pineapple, fresh arugula, and crunchy pine nuts. It was truly heavenly! And that too without onion and garlic, which I never add to my food—ever!
I won’t be sharing the recipe since this isn’t a food blog, but I felt so accomplished that I just had to post about it. I’m crowning myself the Cordon Bleu! One of the few French words I still remember from my younger days learning French as my second language.
Here’s a picture of my delicious flatbread (though I think the shape could use a geometry upgrade).
More on my culinary adventures (only if they turn out well!)—stay tuned!
