I am a city dweller, accustomed to the comforts and luxuries of urban life. Despite my initial reservations, I ventured into camping for a day while my husband was completing his diving certification. It was a positive experience, and I’m glad to have tried it, though I’m uncertain if I would say I loved it or if I would do it again. My apprehension towards the reptiles that inhabit the ground makes camping less appealing to me. While I do enjoy waking up to hike and appreciate the daylight hours outdoors, spending the night in the embrace of nature is simply not my preference!
